Please complete this form to request a building room change.
Important Notes About Room Changes:

The Room Change Request Form allows residents to formally request a change in their current housing assignment. Please note that room changes are not guaranteed and are subject to space availability. Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received, and decisions will be communicated through your WVSU student email.

If your request is approved, any cost difference between your current assignment and the requested assignment must be paid in full and reflected on your student account prior to the move being initiated.

- Dawson Hall Double: $2,479
- Dawson Hall Single: $3,621
- Keith Hall 4BD, 3BD, 2BD: $3,881
- Sullivan Hall Double: $1,500
- Sullivan Hall Single: $1,750
