Students who are not paying for housing with actual funds—such as scholarships, grants, or personal payments—are not eligible to reside in Keith Hall Apartments. This includes any non-monetary waivers that cover housing costs without direct financial backing.
Keith Hall Apartments are the most expensive housing option on campus and must be paid in full, with no partial payments, waivers, or exemptions allowed. Students using financial aid or scholarships must ensure their award explicitly covers the full cost of the apartment before applying.
